Patients can either walk into any cvs pharmacy or minuteclinic or schedule an appointment online through cvs.com or the cvs pharmacy app. Limit one per customer per vaccine visit. Those without online access can contact customer. Appointments scheduled online will receive the coupon after vaccination.
