The flasher relay made a clicking noise so we ordered a new one, but it didn’t fix the issue. I'm guessing a cheap chinese ebay r/r failed in over volt, and when the battery cooked out the voltage really spiked and fried ecu. The positive battery cable will come off the battery and go to a little round black relay that has a rectangular top sticking.

I noticed an extra clicking noise coming from under the seat and after searching the forum, found it to be from the starter relay.
The bikes have a anti theft system that if a new ignition is. It cranks but doesnt seem to be getting any fuel even though the pump makes the priming noise when you turn on the ignition or toggle the kill switch. Make sure your kill switch didn’t flip on while you were starting your gixxer. Turns out that if you put in an aftermarket ignition the bike wont start unless you install a resistor into the wiring.
Then you pull in the clutch and hit the start and absolutely nothing happens, no turn, attempt, noises coming from the starter etc. I have been having a problem out. I would find a known good starter relay or shunt the relay starter terminals directly. Why do you think the battery is good?
I replaced the fuses and tried.
