The kern river valley has been dealing with road closures over the last year.between those closures and delays with highway 178 and sierra way, as well as re. I would like detailed instructions on how to do that. A random thought just occurred to me. I plan on removing that safety widget on top of the bolt and replacing it with steve's unit.
