All of these are best boosted by warfare first for max damage. Use one in a physical damage party and you won't have to worry much about arrows, although it's always good to have a few fire/poison arrows for situational use and you'll get plenty of those. I'm currently running the following:

Party composition varies a lot depending on the difficulty and your preferences.
For physical, you have builds like a two hander (2h), sword and board (1h), archery, daggers, and blood magic.
I suggest you use a balanced party with a single type of damage (melee. I have a certain bias toward this build. There are several possible combinations you can make and it will all depend on your party composition. Today we’re listing ten powerhouse builds that you’re sure to love whether you’re a newbie or a veteran.
Two person party compositions (aka 2 lone wolf main characters) mage, crossbow ranger mage for cc, summons, and early game elemental damage, ranger for late game. If you just need a good party comp, then a 2/2 physical/magical split, a quadruple physical party, or double physical or double magical lone wolf duos will all take you to victory. This is because being on fire reduces damage from hydro but increases damage from pyro, while being wet does the opposite. A rogue or shadow blade (basically some type of scoundrel and dagger based physical damage dealer) is highly useful in a full physical party as well.

I'm looking for general advice/criticism about my party composition/builds plan, as well as answers to more specific questions (be aware that i still haven't launched the game yet 😅).
Typically you would want 2 pyro/geo or 2 hydro/aero.
